Master data management plays a critical role in various stages of service and productprocesses, especially in packaging and palletizing. Factors such as pallet height and weightcalculations, order processing, and storage planning are managed based on this essential data.
In general, during the packaging process, stackability, transport efficiency, and productidentification criteria should be taken into account. At the same time, excessive use of packaging materials should be minimized. Packaging should be collapsible and must not contain multiple product types within a single unit. This approach ensures more efficientwaste management and eliminates the need for additional sorting.

We provide customized product development and manufacturing services, enabling ourclients to sell under their own brands. For example, labeling options can be tailored to meetspecific customer requirements. Furthermore, our flexible production and packaging solutionsinclude a variety of options such as vacuum packaging, industrial bulk packaging, and retail-ready packs.
All shipments must be made using 80×120 cm EUR pallets.
For Europe, road transportation (TIR shipments) is preferred.
For overseas destinations, sea freight via container shipping is used.
In special cases, air cargo options are also considered.
For Reefer TIR, the Euro pallet capacity is approximately 33 pallets. This is based on optimal stacking and pallet arrangement.
Euro Pallet Capacity for 20ft and 40ft TIR:
20ft TIR: 10–11 pallets (with optimal arrangement)
40ft TIR: 22–23 pallets (with optimal arrangement)
These values are based on ideal pallet stacking. Actual capacity may vary depending on loading configuration and space efficiency.
