DFS - Driving Farmers Success in partnership

Our objective is to get our main stakeholders, the farmers, along in meeting the world standards regarding usage of chemicals and pesticides, productivity, quality, safety and sustainability. A win-win situation on the basis of mutual trust and respect.

Our aim is to improve :
. farming methods
. farm economics
. soil quality, use of fertilizers, chemicals, crop rotation etc.
. size of production area and production base
. productivity
. preserving and improving the natural resource base

The technical support within this farmers programme is organized by our team of agricultural engineers in collaboration with other partners in the agricultural value chain e.g. suppliers of seeds, fertilizers and chemicals. The contracted farmers will participate educational programmes and will be guided in the field by our engineers.

Ultimately they will be audited along the standards of GAP.
